About 8 months ago i signed up for a combo web site with this company, after reading there advertisements stating that there were no monthly fees for there program and only a yearly renewal fee of 67 dollars. Since most other companies were charging a start up cost, and monthly fees for the same or similar services i decide to pay the $199.00 set up fee.
A few weeks ago i received an e-mail telling me that they decided that their back en costs were to much and they were now going to start charging 30 dollars a month for their new fee structure. i e-mailed them and told them that i was not happy since the reason for joining their program was in fact the no monthly fee program. They e-mailed me back and basically said take it or leave it.
Needless to say based on the original agreement i spent many thousands of dollars advertising this site only to find out that i am now going to lose the site if i do not submit to their extortion.
Needless to say we have gone round and round e-mailing back and forth to no avail. The still think they can change their agreements at will and depend on the fact the people have spent a great deal of money getting their web site known. They changed their terms and conditions to show they are allowed to do this however it is a revised terms and conditions agreement. the original does not say anything about being able to change fee structures at will.
I want anyone and everyone to know that this company has a multitude of complaints on the Internet, complaints board, ripoffreport.com, forums etc. There is something rotten in Washington state( where the originate from ) . You cannot even find a contact phone number for them, the keep themselves well hidden from the public and have no viable means of contact other than by e-mail, unless you want to pay them 100 dollars for a phone number, yes that right they want 100 bucks to be able to talk to them on a telephone. something is wrong here and we plan to litigate. They met the one in a million the guy who will no go away.
Beware!
